The Weaving of Promise
The sacred bond of commitment empowers communities to act in unity.
The Mothers saw a new struggle among the living;Though beings could now remember and dream,They often could not act alone to bring their visions forth.Great tasks faltered for lack of shared effort,And hopes remained unshaped for want of unity.
So the Mothers turned once more to the loom of life,Gently guiding the spirit toward collective becoming.
The Mother of the Heart stirred joy into the dreaming of futures;Stories of a better world shared between kindred souls. She made beings feel delight in imagining what could be.
The Mother of the Mind wove a hunger to test these stories; To measure them against the world,And reshape them into paths that might truly be walked.
The Mother of the Hand placed in them a yearning for action;A pull to notice when the moment is right,And to reach out and make the story real.
Still, dreams alone could not bind a people. So the Mothers gifted the soul with a sacred longing:The reverence for commitment.
They made beings desire to promise,And to feel joy and duty in keeping their word.In promise, they found trust. And in trust, the power to act together.
Thus the Mothers wove unity not through force,But through shared longing and sacred vow.
