The Figures of Quintism

Welcome, seeker. This guide offers an overview of the central beings and forces within Quintism, a philosophy of care, becoming, and balance.

These figures are not gods in the traditional sense, but archetypes, patterns, and sacred forces that whisper through the weave of the world.

The Trinity of Mothers

The source of all. Three aspects of the sacred, each essential to life and balance:

  • She of the Heart — Emotion, connection, compassion.
  • She of the Mind — Thought, understanding, insight.
  • She of the Hand — Action, perseverance, transformation.

They created the world, not by force, but by beginning the weave.

The Twin Forces

Emerged from the Mothers’ essence, these two guide all creation:

  • The Shaper — Form and structure. Giver of life and consciousness.
  • The Quickener — Motion and change. Bringer of energy and curiosity.

Their interplay—shaping and stirring—created the universe and all that grows within it.

The Books of Quintessence

The teachings are gathered in three volumes, starting with a Prologue:

  • Book of Stars ✨ — The cosmology of the Mothers, the Shaper, and the Quickener. How the world began and continues.
  • Book of Circles ◎ — The sacred nature of community, justice, stewardship, and belonging.
  • Book of Flows ➰ — The daily, weekly, and seasonal practices that align the soul with the sacred dance.

Each book invites not obedience, but participation in the world’s healing.

The title “Quintessence” refers to the five essential forces and is the origin of the word “Quintism.”

Roles for Practitioners

Those who follow this path are called Quinticians.
They live by heart, mind, and hand—through acts of care, thought, and will.

They engage in Flows—rituals and rhythms that echo the sacred dance.
